When can I expect my BatWrapz order to be shipped?

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will typically ship within 3-5 business days on average. Delivery times will then depend on the shipping speed selected during checkout. Please note that orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the following business day. Orders made after 12pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Please be aware that shipping times may exceed estimates provided by the shipping provider due to high holiday volumes, adverse weather conditions nationwide, or staffing limitations.

I received a notification that my order shipped but there is still no tracking update.

BatWrapz prints shipping labels on a daily basis, your tracking should update within 48 hours of you receiving the shipment notification. 

Placing an Order

If you need to modify your BatWrapz order, please promptly email batwrapz@gmail.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we won't be able to accommodate any changes.

What is the BatWrapz return policy?

If the product does not meet your expectations, or you are unsatisfied in any way, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase.

When can I return a product?

You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when applicable. Lost items are not refundable.

Can I exchange my purchase?

We will replace items if they are defective within the first 30 days of receipt. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same or a different item, please contact us at Batwrapz@gmail.com.
